Why Online Counselling?

Counselling is by an online video call. It is encrypted and confidential. Online counselling means you can talk to me from the comfort and safety of your own home at a time that suits you. You don’t have to worry about travel, parking, public transport, or taking extra hours out of your day. We can also have sessions via telephone if this suits you better.

How do I know if Counselling is for me?

Anyone can come to counselling. I offer a free initial phone call where we can talk about what you would like to get out of counselling and decide together whether to go ahead.
