Be Empowered, Effective and Ethical
Supervision is a professional working alliance, where a therapist or other
professional takes their confidential work to gain support, explore options, and
increase their personal understanding.
As a Supervisor I focus on providing you with the support you need to be the
best therapist you can be. Our relationship will be built on mutual trust and
respect, but at the same time I have all the tools you need to
learn from me and lean on me.
I am trained in the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, and I enjoy using
creative techniques to shed new light on ways of working. I am also a
Counselling Tutor, so you can be confident in my know-how and ability.
Working together, I will help you to explore all the elements of your casework,
including techniques and interventions, relationship dynamics, and
psychological processes. Covering all these bases means you can be sure that
you are working congruently and effectively, and it also keeps you and your
clients safe.
I offer online or face to face sessions, and we can agree days and times
together at whatever monthly or weekly schedule suits you.

Online Supervision
Supervision is a monthly requirement for counsellors and therapists, and it must
also include an online element if you practice online at all. In addition to my
counselling and supervision credentials, I am trained and experienced in online
working, so supervision with me will meet all your needs.
As well as counsellors and therapists, I also work with other helping
professionals, such as teachers, social workers, and support workers. I have a
background in mentoring, and teaching, so I can apply empathy and
understanding to a wide range of professional roles.
Group Supervision services are also available on request.
